Create a vessel for daily presence through a guided ritual experience in handbuilding.
Join us at ATELIER Ceramic Studio for our first artist collaboration event — an intentional block of time dedicated to cacao, clay, and the practice of presence with Lulo Ceramics.
This is not a typical pottery workshop.
This is a ceremony.

📍 Where: ATELIER Ceramic Studio, 753 NE 79 St. #761, Miami, FL 33138
👥 Capacity: 12 participants
• Opening cacao ceremony and somatic grounding ritual
• Guided meditation to set personal intention
• Introduction to pre-Columbian ceramic forms and symbolism
• Hand-building of one ceremonial cacao vessel
• Clay, tools, and full studio use
• Artistic guidance from Lulo Ceramics
• Pickup in 2–3 weeks after drying and firing
We begin in stillness.
The ceremony begins with Cacao—a heart-opening medicine and catalyst for connection, rooted in the ancestral traditions of the Americas.Cacao serves as our bridge to the inward. You’ll be guided through grounding exercises and intention-setting before transitioning into clay.
Lulo Ceramics will introduce forms inspired by pre-columbian vessels — sculptural, symbolic, and alive. His work is a dialogue with the master potters of Colombia, honoring the ancestral connection between clay and the divine, and spiritual weight of the handmade.
Expect expressive forms, symbolism, and pieces that feel ancestral and personal.
From there, you’ll hand-build your own cacao vessel — a cup meant not just to drink from, but to hold ritual.
We will focus on shape, presence, and meaning. This is not about perfection. It’s about connection — to material, to memory, to something older than us.
Your finished piece will be dried slowly, fired twice to preserve its integrity while honoring its raw form.
Pieces will be ready for pickup in 2–3 weeks.
This experience is for those who feel called to ritual, ancestry, and intentional creation.
