This is more than a pottery class — it’s a mindful, playful, and sensory experience where creativity flows, wine warms, and your first wheel-thrown vessel becomes a memory you’ll treasure.
If you’ve ever wanted to try it, this is your sign.
Pieces will be fired and clear glazed at the studio by the team. If you desire to glaze your pieces with fun colors and personalize them further, you can add on below a painting session for Wednesdays after your pieces are bisque fired.

How the Evening Unfolds
This one is meant to be easy.
You'll arrive to music, something to sip, and a space that already feels like an exhale. Lulo Ceramics will guide you through building your own piece from scratch — an ashtray, a small bowl, a little container for whatever you keep close. Something functional. Something yours.
Your finished piece stays at the studio to dry and go through two firings. The ATELIER team will glaze it to preserve the natural texture of your work, and it'll be ready for pickup within 2–3 weeks.

About the Experience
We begin slowly.
Upon arrival, you’ll settle in with tea or wine as the space fills with soft music and candlelight. Before touching the clay, we’ll guide you through a short grounding meditation to help you arrive fully — physically and mentally.
From there, you’ll move into intention-setting. You’ll reflect, journal, and choose what you’d like this piece to hold for you — clarity, softness, courage, release.
Then we transition into clay.
Each guest will receive one portion of clay and be guided through accessible hand-building techniques to create a vessel or sculptural form that feels aligned with their intention. This is not about perfection or technical mastery. It’s about presence.
Your finished piece will remain at the studio to dry slowly and be fired twice. It will be clear-glazed by the ATELIER team to preserve the natural texture and integrity of your work. Pieces will be available for pickup within 2–3 weeks.
Ceramic Ceremony is designed as a monthly reset — a space to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself through material, ritual, and community.
Come alone.
Bring a friend.
Leave grounded.

TO VIEW OUR MEMBERSHIP
This one-hour pottery painting session is designed for past workshop participants who want to paint their own ceramic pieces instead of having them clear glazed.
If you’ve taken a class or workshop at Atelier and your piece has already been bisque fired, you can book this session to return to the studio and apply your own glaze colors. This is a relaxed, self-guided painting hour with access to studio glazes and guidance as needed.
Sessions take place on Wednesdays from 6:30–7:30 PM. This service can only be scheduled at least two weeks after your original class, once your bisque-fired piece is ready for glazing.
You’ll arrive, pick up your bisque-fired piece, paint it using studio glazes, and leave it with us for glaze firing. Once fired, you’ll be notified when your piece is ready for pickup.
Includes studio glazes, tools, glaze firing, and one hour of studio time.
This session is not a handbuilding or wheel class — painting only.
Perfect if you want to add your personal touch and choose your own colors before the final firing.
Give the gift of creativity and connection with this workshop gift card.
