About the Experience
This workshop is designed as a sensory and grounding experience.
You’ll begin by learning about incense — its origins, varieties, and how to use it with intention in daily rituals. After the incense teaching, you’ll transition into clay, hand-building a ceramic incense holder designed specifically for your practice.
We’ll guide you through accessible hand-building techniques, focusing on form, balance, and function. Your finished piece will be carefully dried, fired twice, and clear-glazed by the ATELIER team to ensure durability and longevity.
Final pieces will be ready for pickup in 2–3 weeks, allowing proper drying time and completion of the two-step firing process.
This experience is perfect for those drawn to ritual, scent, and mindful creation.
No experience needed — just a desire to slow down and create.
